Dancers Prepare for the Day of the Dead Festival

Students prepare for the festival

GroundWorks dancers have been asked to participate in the Day of the Dead Festival on Oct 30th at the Hylton Performing Arts Center in Manasas Va.  Dancers will be involved in the parade festivities and add their own ghoulish dance inside dance bags.  Rehearsal to customize our bags and create our site specific dance work will be on Sunday Oct 24 from 4:00 to 5:30 at the artistree studios.  Participants should plan on arriving at the festival at 5:30 ready to perform!
