Back to Dance Night/Placement Class and Meeting

September 6th has been chosen as GroundWorks’s Back to Dance Night.  The evening will begin with a placement class for new students  from 6:30 to 7:15, followed by a MANDATORY company meeting for all dancers and parents.  

Da Vinci Summer Program

Come experience the creative genius of a real “Renaissance Man” as we explore the many facets of Leonardo da Vinci, painter, sculptor, musician, inventor, anatomist, and writer. This integrated arts experience will challenge students to see the world through da Vinci’s eyes as we explore the visual arts, drama and dance.  This exciting week will conclude with a gallery opening and live performance.

I would like to invite you to come see GroundWorks Dance Ensemble’s latest dance theater production, Out of the Attic.

This show has special meaning, as we look to our family history as inspiration. We began our journey this year exploring family heirlooms, histories and ancestors. How does our past inform us about who we are today?
